If you still can’t find what you’re looking for we may be able to source it for you from one of our suppliers. Please contact us with details of the part you are looking for and we will try our best to source it for you.
- Do you offer a part exchange service on parts?
We may have in stock exchange units on certain hard to find applications.
- Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, our experienced technical staff can offer solutions to the most demanding problems and can advise on whether it is feasible to repair your damaged equipment or replace it, All new parts have the benefit of a guarantee, any repaired part has no guarantee. We have in house testing facilities at all locations. Please contact us for more information.
- Do you offer any additional services?
Yes, we also offer a welding service, based at our Leeds branch, which has been successfully servicing the needs of our automotive and commercial and industrial customers. We specials in aluminum repairs and recores for motorcycle radiators and most oil coolers and intercoolers and fuel tanks.
- What warranty do you offer on your products?
All our products have a three year warranty. This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The original receipt must be produced. Any product returned under warranty will be sent back to the original manufacturer for testing, any defective product will either be repaired or exchange.
Delivery & Returns
- How much is UK delivery?
We offer FREE next day delivery on all our products to all mainland UK addresses. ( Exclusions apply ) All parcels are sent on a next day basis by various Companies, we are in their hands, some parcels may take longer, we do not guarantee next day delivery.
We also deliver to EU and Non EU countries, the USA & Canada. World Wide deliveries can be also arranged upon request. Please contact us for more information on our international delivery rates.
- What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or services, we endeavour to do our best to resolve the situation.
If a part has been incorrectly ordered it can be returned to us for a full refund or swapped within 7 days. The cost to return the part is the customer’s responsibility. All items must be returned in original packaging and be in a resalable condition and not been fitted or used. Some parts may be subject to a handling charge, please ask at time of purchase

- Can I open a trade account?
Yes we specialize in supplying the Motor Trader and aim to offer special terms.
We are happy to open trade accounts, you will be required to complete a credit account application and agree to our terms and conditions. All applications will be checked with on line credit risk Companies. Please email us for a Trade account application form
- Can I collect from your trade counter?
Yes, you may collect your purchase from our trade counter. Please see our contact information for opening times and directions.
