- Can I collect from your trade counter?

Yes you may collect your purchase but you would be charged a collection fee of £10.00 plus vat

Northern Radiator Group are Yorkshires foreemostsupplier of industrial radiator equipment as well as heaters, fuel tanks, coolers & air conditioning parts.
As well as supplying new O.E. products and Individual Custom Built items, we can advise on whether it is feasible to repair your damaged equipment, guarantee it and save you money all round.

We pride ourselves on Customer Service and employ Expert Technical Staff who can offer solutions to the most demanding problems. Our in-house Manufacturing Facilities ensure that we can control quality and still meet strict deadlines without relying on external contractors.

In the unlikley event that you are unsatisfied with any of NRG's products or services, we endeavour to do our best to resolve the situation.
Please contact us in advance, f you wish to arrange the return of goods. All costs associated in returning any goods will be the customers responsibility.

Northern Radiator Group's do not currently offer a part exchange service, but would be willing to to consider cases on individual merit.
